Our menu is built around our 18 hour oak & pecan smoked brisket & 12 hour oak smoked pork shoulder. Paired with house-made sauces, sides and toppings. Everything is done properly, with big flavour, generous portions and food people remember.

You’ll find us popping up at festivals and events throughout the year, as well as corporate bookings and weddings.
